   • Simplify eyelash separation : No more difficulty thanks to easier application during the fixing phase.
   • Hold lashes in place : Prevents lashes from coming off the silicone pads.
   • Reduce processing time : Speeds up the application of lotions by eliminating glue.

⚠️ Use exclusively with cysteamine-based products , such as Ruthie Belle lotions.

2. Ruthie Belle - Step 1: Enhancing Lotion (10ml)
   A cysteamine-based lotion enriched with plant-based amino acids for gentle yet dramatic results. Suitable for eyelashes and eyebrows, it respects hair health and the environment.

3. Ruthie Belle - Step 2: Setting Lotion (10ml)
   A unique formula which:

   • Restores the natural pH of the hair.
   • Closes the cuticles and fixes the eyelashes or eyebrows in their new shape.
   • Do not use sodium bromate but hydrogen peroxide for a gentle and effective result.
