1. In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code:

    The buyer has a period of fourteen days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs.

    To return a package, please download this form indicating your order number.

    Place the form in the return package.
    To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging. Any damaged or stained product will be refused.

    Shipping costs associated with returning the item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your credit card within a few days.

    The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

  2. In the event of a package being returned due to a prolonged absence of the customer, failure to collect from a relay point or an incorrect address provided when ordering, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Complaints – Missing products or incomplete packages

At BROWXPROFESSIONNEL, we pay rigorous attention to the preparation of each order. In order to guarantee the traceability and transparency of our shipments, a photo of the package containing all the products is systematically taken before shipping .

This procedure allows us to protect ourselves against any bad faith claims and to objectively verify the content sent.

Conditions applicable in the event of a claim:

  • Any claim for missing product or incomplete package must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the package .

  • To be admissible, the claim must be accompanied by a photo of the closed package, before opening, with the transport label visible .

  • A photo taken after opening the package , because they do not allow us to confirm the initial condition of the shipment.

  • No refunds can be made once the products have been returned, even in exceptional circumstances.

  • The return of missing products, in the absence of admissible proof, remains an exceptional step and does not constitute a contractual commitment on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with these conditions.
