GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
The terms in capital letters have the following meaning, whether they are singular or plural:
- Terms and Conditions : These general terms and conditions of sale in their version in force on the date of the Order.
- Order : any order placed by the Customer on the Site or by telephone, materialized by a confirmation sent by email by Brow.X Professional.
- Contract : contract formed between the Client and Brow.X Professional for the sale and delivery or collection of Products, consisting of the General Terms and Conditions, Orders, and Special Conditions.
- Product : any product offered for sale by Brow.X Professional.

- You : the Client.

ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCTS
3.1 Product Presentation and Photographs
Product specifications (price, weight, ingredients, instructions for use, etc.) are available on the product pages. Photographs on the Website and other media are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3.2 Product Availability
We do our best to ensure product availability. In the event of a stock shortage, an equivalent or higher value product may be offered.
3.3 Availability of Offers
Offers are valid as long as they are online.
3.4 Price
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT.
ARTICLE 4: ORDER
4.1 Order Confirmation
Order confirmation is sent by email.
4.2 Contribution to shipping costs
For shipments within mainland France (including Corsica via Colissimo): €7.99 . Delivery cost in zone European Union, €14.90. International delivery cost: €25 Free shipping on all orders over €99 in Metropolitan France and the European Union.
4.3 Payment
Online payment is secure via credit card (CB, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Klarna). In case of payment refusal, the order is cancelled.
4.4 Delivery
Delivery within one week (business days) in mainland France and Corsica. Check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any issues to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of a return of parcel due to a prolonged absence of the customer, failure to collect from a relay point or an incorrect address provided during the order, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Parcels not collected from collection points or post offices (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, La Poste etc.)
Carriers typically allow a collection period of 10 to 15 days. If the package is not collected within this timeframe and is returned to Brow.X Professional, the initial delivery charges will not be refunded, as the service has already been provided. For any request to reship a package returned for non-collection, the customer will be required to pay new shipping fees. No reshipment will be made without prior payment.
Details of the deadlines:
Products in stock: Items available in stock are generally shipped within 48 to 96 hours .
Out-of-stock products: For products requiring restocking, delivery times may vary from 3 to 30 days depending on the type of item ordered.
Carrier delivery times: To the times mentioned above, the delivery time specific to the chosen carrier ( La Poste or other carrier) must be added.
Tracking number: A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so that you can track the progress of your order.
Once the delivery confirmation has been sent, Brow.X Professional declines all responsibility in case of lost, stolen or misplaced packages.

Accurate address details: It is imperative that the buyer provides a correct delivery address and contact information. Please ensure that the packages can be delivered to a location where you will be able to receive them personally.
Post office boxes: If you use a post office box, it is your responsibility to ensure that your products are not exposed to extreme temperatures (high heat or intense cold).
Adhesives and handling: Brow.X Professional is not responsible for damage to adhesives or products resulting from improper handling after delivery.
Customs fees and taxes: We are not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes once your package has left our premises. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure of the applicable fees or taxes in your country, we advise you to contact your local post office or customs office for more information.
If customs duties or taxes are refused upon delivery, your order will be returned to our premises. No refund of shipping costs will be given.
4.5 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging. Initial delivery charges will not be refunded, as the service has already been provided.
4.6 Claims – Missing products or incomplete package
At Brow.X Professional, we pay meticulous attention to the preparation of each order. To guarantee the traceability and transparency of our shipments, a A photo of the package containing all the products is systematically taken before shipment .
This procedure allows us to protect ourselves against any bad faith claims and to objectively verify the content sent.
Conditions applicable in the event of a claim:

Any claim for missing product or incomplete package must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package .

To be admissible, the claim must be accompanied by a photo of the closed package, before opening, with the shipping label visible .

A photo taken after opening the package , because they do not allow confirmation of the initial condition of the shipment.

No refunds will be issued once the products have been returned, even in exceptional circumstances.

The return of missing products, in the absence of admissible evidence, remains an exceptional step and does not constitute a contractual commitment on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with these conditions.
ARTICLE 5: WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
You benefit from the legal guarantees against hidden defects and conformity. For any lack of conformity, you can choose between repair or replacement of the Product.
