GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
Capitalized terms have the following meaning, whether singular or plural:
- GTC : these general conditions of sale in their version in force on the date of the Order.
- Order : any order placed by the Customer on the Site or by telephone, materialized by a confirmation sent by e-mail by Brow.X Professionnel.
- Contract : contract formed between the Client and Brow.X Professional for the sale and delivery or withdrawal of Products, consisting of the General Terms and Conditions, Orders, and Special Conditions.
- Product : any product offered for sale by Brow.X Professional.
- Site : the website accessible at the address “browxprofessionnel.fr”.
- You : the Customer.
- We : Myriam Bendjillali, Brow.X Professional.
ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCTS
3.1 Presentation and photographs of the Products
The characteristics of the Products (price, weight, ingredients, instructions for use, etc.) are available on the product sheets. The photographs on the Site and other media are non-contractual and indicative.
3.2 Availability of Products
We do our best to ensure the availability of Products. In the event of a stock shortage, an equivalent or higher value Product may be offered.
3.3 Availability of Offers
Offers are valid as long as they are online.
3.4 Price
Prices are expressed in euros, excluding VAT. VA not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI.
ARTICLE 4: ORDER
4.1 Order Confirmation
Confirmation of the Order is sent by email.
4.2 Participation in shipping costs
For shipments to mainland France (including Corsica by Colissimo) €7.99 . Cost of delivery in the zone European Union, €14.90. International delivery cost €25 €. Free shipping for all orders over €99 in Metropolitan France and the European Union.
4.3 Payment
Online payment is secure via credit card (CB, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal). In case of refusal of payment, the Order is cancelled.
4.4 Delivery
Delivery time within one week (working days) in mainland France and Corsica. Check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any comments to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of a package being returned due to a prolonged absence of the customer, failure to collect from a relay point or an incorrect address provided when ordering, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Deadline details:
In Stock Products: Items available in stock are generally shipped within 48 to 96 hours .
Out of stock products: For products requiring restocking, lead times may vary from 3 to 30 days depending on the type of item ordered.
Carrier delivery times: In addition to the times mentioned above, you should add the delivery time specific to the chosen carrier ( La Poste or other carrier).
Tracking Number: A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email, so you can follow the progress of your order.
Once the delivery confirmation has been sent, Brow.X Professional declines all responsibility in the event of a lost, stolen or misplaced package.

Accurate contact details: It is imperative that the buyer provides a correct delivery address and contact details. Make sure that the packages can be delivered to a location where you will be able to receive them personally.
PO Boxes: If you use a PO Box, it is your responsibility to ensure that your products are not exposed to extreme temperatures (high heat or intense cold).
Adhesives and Handling: Brow.X Professional is not responsible for any damage to adhesives or products resulting from improper handling after delivery.
Customs Fees & Taxes: We do not cover any additional customs fees or taxes once your package has left our premises. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you are unsure about the fees or taxes applicable in your country, we advise you to contact your local post office or customs office for more information.
If customs charges or taxes are refused upon delivery, your order will be returned to our premises. No refund of shipping charges will be given.
4.5 Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The cost of returning the products is your responsibility. The Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging.
ARTICLE 5: WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
You benefit from the legal guarantees of hidden defects and conformity. For any lack of conformity, you can choose between repair or replacement of the Product.

ARTICLE 7: APPLICABLE LAW
The Contract is subject to French law.

Your data is collected and used by Brow.X in compliance with the Data Protection Act. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.
