GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
The terms in capital letters have the following meaning, whether singular or plural:
- GTC: these general terms and conditions of sale in their version in force on the date of the Order.
- Order: any order placed by the Customer on the Website or by telephone, materialized by a confirmation sent by e-mail by Brow.X Professionel.
- Contract: contract formed between the Customer and Brow.X Professionel for the sale and delivery or collection of Products, consisting of the GTC, Orders, and Special Conditions.
- Product: any product offered for sale by Brow.X Professionel.
- Website: the website accessible at "browxprofessionnel.fr".
- You: the Customer.
- We: Brow.X Professionel.
ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCTS
3.1 Presentation and photographs of the Products
The characteristics of the Products (price, weight, ingredients, instructions for use, etc.) are available on the product sheets. The photographs on the Website and other media are non-contractual and indicative.
3.2 Product availability
We do our best to ensure the availability of Products. In case of stockout, an equivalent or higher value Product may be offered.
3.3 Offer availability
Offers are valid as long as they are online.
3.4 Price
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included.
ARTICLE 4: ORDER
4.1 Order confirmation
Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.
4.2 Contribution to shipping costs
For shipments to metropolitan France (including Corsica by Colissimo) €7.99. Delivery cost to the European Union zone: €14.90. International delivery cost: €25. Free shipping for all orders over €120 in Metropolitan France and the European Union.
4.3 Payment
Online payment is secured via credit card (CB, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Klarna). In case of payment refusal, the Order is cancelled.
4.4 Delivery
Delivery time within one week (working days) in metropolitan France and Corsica. Check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any observations to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. In case of package return due to prolonged absence of the customer, non-collection at a relay point, or incorrect address provided during the order, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Packages not collected at relay points or post offices (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, La Poste, etc.)
Carriers apply a collection period generally between 5 and 15 days. If the package is not collected within the allotted time and is returned to Brow.X Professionnel, the initial delivery costs will not be refunded, as the service has been performed. For any request to reship a package returned due to non-collection, the customer will have to pay new shipping costs. No reshipment will be made without prior payment.
Delivery time details:
Products in stock: Items in stock are generally shipped within 48 to 96 hours.
Out-of-stock products: For products requiring replenishment, lead times may vary from 3 to 30 days depending on the type of item ordered.
Carrier delivery times: To the above-mentioned times, the delivery time specific to the chosen carrier (La Poste or other carrier) must be added.
Tracking number: A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, so you can track the progress of your order.
Once the delivery confirmation is sent, Brow.X Professionel declines all responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced packages.

Accurate contact details: It is imperative that the buyer provides a correct delivery address and contact details. Please ensure that packages can be delivered to a location where you will be able to receive them in person.
PO Boxes: If you use a PO box, it is your responsibility to ensure that your products are not exposed to extreme temperatures (high heat or intense cold).
Adhesives and handling: Brow.X Professionel is not responsible for damage to adhesives or products resulting from improper handling after delivery.
Customs duties and taxes: We do not cover additional customs duties or taxes once your package has left our premises. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you do not know the applicable duties or taxes in your country, we advise you to contact your local post or customs office for more information.
If customs duties or taxes are refused upon delivery, your order will be returned to our premises. No refund of shipping costs will be granted.
4.5 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The cost of returning the products is at your expense. Products must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging. Initial delivery costs will not be refunded, as the service has been performed.
4.6 Claims – Missing products or incomplete package
At Brow.X Professionnel, we pay meticulous attention to the preparation of each order. To ensure the traceability and transparency of our shipments, a photo of the package containing all the products is systematically taken before shipping.
This procedure allows us to protect ourselves against any bad faith claims and to objectively verify the content sent.
Applicable conditions for claims:

Any claim for a missing product or incomplete package must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.

To be admissible, the claim must be accompanied by a photo of the closed package, before opening, with the shipping label visible.

Photos taken after opening the package are not accepted, as they do not allow confirmation of the initial condition of the shipment.

No refund can be made once the products have been returned, even exceptionally.

The return of missing products, in the absence of admissible proof, remains an exceptional measure and does not constitute a contractual commitment on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not comply with these conditions.
ARTICLE 5: WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
You benefit from the legal guarantees of hidden defects and conformity. For any lack of conformity, you can choose between repair or replacement of the Product.

ARTICLE 7: APPLICABLE LAW
The Contract is subject to French law.

Your data is collected and used by Brow.X Professionel in compliance with the Data Protection Act. You have a right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

These GTC clarify the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales made via the browxprofessionnel.com website.
