Our lotion can be used in two ways:

  1. After step 1, apply a thick layer of Noemi Intense Lotion Step 1.5 to lashes or eyebrows and leave on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
  2. If your lashes or eyebrows still look healthy, apply a thin layer of Noemi Lotion Intense Step 1.5 after the first step and leave it on for 2 minutes. There is no need to remove it, you can apply the fixing lotion immediately.
