SUBTLE technique: bleaching of eyebrow hairs up to 1-2 color levels (without eyebrow tinting)
1. Mix the "Ultramarine NEW FORMULA" eyebrow brightening powder withthe 3% oxidizing emulsion of ELANprofessional line in a ratio of 1:3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizing emulsion).
2. First, apply the bleaching mixture to the thickest hairs. The second step is to spread the bleaching mixture over the eyebrows using a makeup brush.
3. Leave on for 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the desired shade for the eyebrows and the thickness of the hairs.
4. If the desired hair color is to be removed, use a cotton ball soaked in water to remove the bleaching mixture.
5. Repeat the process to lighten the eyebrow color. Apply "ELAN professional line detoxifying eyebrow and eyelash mousse with antibacterial effect" to the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction.
6. Then remove the foam using a cotton ball soaked in water.
7. It is highly recommended to use the product “ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil” as a leave-in treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.

NOTE: When repeating the eyebrow bleaching procedure, apply the bleaching mixture to the deep roots of the eyebrows only, using a fine makeup brush, such as the ELAN professional line BLACKWOOD #1 professional makeup brush.

INTENSE Technique: Eyebrow bleaching up to 3-5 levels of color

1. Mix the TM ELAN professional line "Ultramarine NEW FORMULA" eyebrow brightening powder with the TM ELAN professional line 3% oxidizing emulsion in a 1:2 ratio (one part powder and two parts oxidizing emulsion).
2. First, apply the bleaching mixture to the thickest hairs. The second step is to spread the bleaching mixture over the eyebrows using a makeup brush.
3. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired shade for the eyebrows and the thickness of the hairs.
4. If the desired hair color is to be removed, use a cotton ball soaked in water to remove the bleaching mixture.
5. Repeat the process to lighten the shade of the eyebrows.
6. Apply "ELAN professional line detoxifying mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect" to the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Then remove the mousse with a cotton pad soaked in water.
7. It is highly recommended to use the product “ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil” as a leave-in treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.

Use the "ELAN" eyebrow tinting gel with oxidant, shade 03 medium brown, from the TM ELAN professional line according to the instructions to intensify eyebrow color after the bleaching procedure:
1. Mix the colorant gel, oxidant and argan oil cream from TM ELAN professional line in a 1:1:4 ratio (one part colorant gel, one part oxidant and four parts argan oil cream).
2. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows and leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes. Then completely remove the tint using a cotton ball soaked in water.
3. To stop the chemical reaction, use the product "ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil".

NOTE: Traditional eyebrow tinting is not recommended after eyebrow bleaching. Using eyebrow tint and developer in a 1:1 ratio will darken the eyebrow hairs!
