ÉLAN eyebrow bleaching powder has been specially formulated to gently lighten the natural pigment of eyebrow hairs, while preserving their structure thanks to a unique composition enriched with nutrient complexes and carbon pigments.

Instructions for use:

Light Technique (lightening by 1 to 2 tones)

Mix 1 part ofÉLAN powderwith 3 parts ofÉLAN Oxidising Emulsion 3%.
Apply to thicker areas, spread over eyebrows with a brush.
Exposure time: 1 to 3 minutes.
Rinse with a damp cotton ball. Repeat if necessary.
Finish withÉLAN Cleansing Detox Mousseto stop the chemical action.

Intense Technique (lightening by 3 to 5 tones)

Mix 1 part powder with 2 partsÉLAN Oxidising Emulsion 3%.
Apply primarily to thick hair.
Application time: 5 to 15 minutes depending on the desired lightening.
Finalize withÉLAN Cleansing Detox Mousse.

It is strongly recommended to applyÉLAN COLOUR FIXas a leave-in treatment after bleaching.
