Eyebrow preparation

Use the “DETOX-MOUSSE” from ÉLAN professional line to degrease the skin and hair before shaping or tinting eyebrows. The detox mousse has bactericidal and fungicidal properties.

Eyebrow Definition

Define the shape of the eyebrows with the “Brow Liner Pro” eyebrow powder pencil or the “Brow Pro” micromatic pencil from ÉLAN professional line.

Preparing the dye mixture

Mix ÉLAN Deep Brow Tint with 3% Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic bowl. Use the measuring spoon included in the dye pack.

Add the color booster “06 INDIGO” or “07 ORANGE” according to the following scheme to intensify the basic color palette or create a new shade:

Dye (49%) + Oxidizing Emulsion (49%) + Color Booster (2%) = Dye Mixture (100%)

Attention: The greater the quantity of booster, the closer the final shade will be to the color of the booster (blue or orange).

Eyebrow tinting

Apply the dye mixture to the eyebrows following the defined shape. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired color intensity. Then remove the dye with a damp cotton pad. If the dye extends beyond the desired shape, use a cotton swab soaked in “Skin Color Remover” to remove excess color.

Finalizing eyebrow tinting

For long-lasting results, apply ÉLAN professional line's "COLOUR FIX: colour fixative for eyebrows and eyelashes" enriched with keratin and sunflower seed oil. It prolongs the colour effect by stabilizing the colour molecule on the hairs.
