ÉLAN Oxidising Emulsion 3.5% is specially formulated for use with ÉLAN eyebrow tinting and bleaching products, ensuring professional, stable and consistent results.
Its creamy texture blends perfectly with powders and dyes, ensuring easy application and optimal penetration of the pigments into the hair.

Instructions for use

For eyebrow tinting:

Clean and degrease the area withÉLAN Detox Mousse, then remove the excess with a damp cotton pad.
Mix the dye with the oxidant in a ratio1:1in a non-metallic container.

Smart Tinting System:exposure time5 to 10 min.
Gel Tint:exposure time10 to 15 min.

Remove gently with a damp cotton pad.

For eyebrow bleaching:

Mix the bleaching powderÉLAN Ultramarine or Carbonwith the oxidant in a ratio2:1(2 parts oxidant to 1 part powder).
Apply to eyebrows and spread evenly with a brush.
Leave to stand3 to 15 mindepending on the desired lightening.
Rinse thoroughly and applyÉLAN Detox Mousse.

Important :After bleaching, it is not recommended to use classic dye directly. If used in a 1:1 ratio, the hair may becomeblacks.

Precautions for use

Make aallergy test 48 hours beforeuse.
Do not use if you experience irritation, redness, or a reaction to a previous coloring.
Do not use for eyelash tinting.
Avoid contact with eyes.
