Noemi Intense Step 1.5 is an innovative professional repair treatment , specially designed to protect, strengthen and regenerate eyelashes and eyebrows during an eyelash lift or brow lift .

A truly essential intermediate step , this treatment is used between Step 1 and Step 2 to limit chemical aggressions, preserve the hair fiber and improve the quality of the final result.

The Intense 1.5 treatment is particularly recommended for fine, sensitized or weakened eyelashes and eyebrows , but can be used on all hair types for a healthier, shinier and longer-lasting result.

How to use the Noemi Intense Step 1.5?

During a lash lift

Apply and remove Step 1 of the lash lift
Apply Noemi Intense Step 1.5 to the eyelashes
- 5 minutes for sensitized or damaged eyelashes
- 2 minutes for healthy eyelashes
Next, apply Step 2 (setting lotion).

For light maintenance: apply a thin layer , leave on for 2 minutes , then continue the protocol.

Our lotion can be used in two ways:

After step 1, apply a thick layer of Noemi Intense Lotion Step 1.5 to lashes or eyebrows and leave on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
If your lashes or eyebrows still look healthy, apply a thin layer of Noemi Lotion Intense Step 1.5 after the first step and leave it on for 2 minutes. There is no need to remove it, you can apply the fixing lotion immediately.
