Application

Apply STEP 1 LIFT BELLA to the lashes or eyebrows.
Leave on for 6 to 16 minutes depending on hair type.
Do not apply to the root or tip of the hair.
Remove with a dry cotton pad.
Do not exceed the recommended processing time.

4 to 16 minutes depending on hair density and thickness.
