The pre-smoothing solution for eyebrows is specially designed to prepare eyebrows and soften thick hairs before brow lamination (15 ml).

Apply with a micro applicator or lip brush for a maximum of 2 to 4 minutes. Remove with a dry cotton pad, then apply the Permanent Gel (Solution No. 1).
