Noemi's Step 2 Fix Lotion is designed to neutralize the action of Step 1 Lotion and permanently fix the shape of eyelashes or eyebrows . This is a crucial step to ensure long-lasting hold of the lift , while taking care of the hair structure.

Complete eyelash lift procedure with Noemi:

1. Step 1 – Lift (Pink):

Apply the lotion to the eyelashes, making sure to position them correctly on the silicone pads.
Exposure time: 5 to 8 minutes, depending on the structure of the eyelash.
Active ingredients:Ammonium Thioglycolate,Ethanolamine, AndCentella asiaticafor its soothing and moisturizing properties.

2. Step 2 – Fixing (Blue):

Apply exactly the same exposure time as for step 1.
Fixes the new curve and closes the hair cuticle.
Active ingredients:Hydrogen peroxideAndsodium stannate.

3. Step 3 – Nourishing Care (Transparent):

To applyafter dyeing or directly after step 2.
Does not rinse, it remains on the eyelashes to nourish them deeply.
