The ÉLAN eyebrow bleaching powder has been specially formulated to gently lighten the natural pigment of eyebrow hairs while preserving their structure thanks to a unique formula enriched with nourishing complexes and carbon pigments.

Key features:

Lightens by 1 to 5 levels, depending on the technique used (Light or Intense).
The presence of Conditioning Liquidum Complex protects and nourishes the hairs throughout the bleaching process.
Carbon pigments neutralize unwanted yellow tones for a pure, natural result.
Wheat and rice proteins, rich in amino acids, penetrate deeply to strengthen and condition the eyebrows from within.
Easy-to-apply mixture thanks to its smooth, even consistency.

Directions for use:

Light Technique (lightening by 1 to 2 shades)

Mix 1 part of ÉLAN powder with 3 parts ofÉLAN Oxidising Emulsion 3%.
Apply to the thickest areas, then spread over the eyebrows with a brush.
Processing time: 1 to 3 minutes.
Rinse with a damp cotton pad. Repeat if necessary.
Finish with ÉLAN Cleansing Detox Mousse to stop the chemical action.

Intense Technique (lightening by 3 to 5 shades)

Mix 1 part of powder with 2 parts ofÉLAN Oxidising Emulsion 3%.
Apply primarily to thick hairs.
Processing time: 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired level of lightening.
Finish with ÉLAN Cleansing Detox Mousse.

It is strongly recommended to apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX as a leave-in treatment after bleaching.
