The Cream Oxidant 3% H2O is specially formulated for use with OKO Lash&Brow H2O liquid hybrid dye, allowing you to control the saturation of the result based on the chosen mixing ratio.

Instructions for use

  1. Shake the bottle well before use.
  2. Mix theOKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2Owith theCream Oxidant 3% H2Oin a plastic or glass container.
  3. Apply the tint to the eyebrows using the chosen technique. For layered coloring, apply afirst thin layer, then repeat2 to 3 times.
  4. Exposure time: Leave to act between6 and 15 minutes.
  5. Rinse off the dye with a damp cotton pad.

Demineralized water, Hydrogen peroxide (3%), Ceteareth-25, Cetyl alcohol, Cetearyl alcohol, Propylene glycol, Sodium stannate, Orthophosphoric acid, Sodium benzoate, EDTA.
